Summary
At the Council of Suns on Canopus, Nort Norus addresses leaders from many different alien races about a crisis threatening the galaxy. He explains that the stars of the Federation are beginning to drift apart and that astronomers have discovered immense vibrations that are canceling gravity between the suns. As the panic spreads, the council tries to understand why the galaxy’s great stellar swarm is breaking up.
