SPOZZ is free to join for both artists and fans. All transactions (streaming, sales, subscriptions) happen directly between artists and fans. SPOZZ only charges commissions on those transactions:

• Streaming and sales commissions on music, merch, content, and subscriptions (paid by the artist or seller)
• Small blockchain transaction fees for registering ownership (charged in SPOZZ Credits, not crypto)
• Optional premium features or services may incur additional costs. Full details can be found in the Commercial Conditions document.

Artists can earn on SPOZZ in multiple ways:

• License music directly to fans for personal use (Music Sales)

is a non-profit association legally registered under Swiss law. It will be established once 1,000 membership badges are sold, with total membership limited to 10,000.

A contract governs the rights and obligations between the Social Club and the SPOZZ operating company. Each member is entitled to 0.005% of the SPOZZ Ecosystem's profits, of which 0.004% is paid directly to the member, while 0.001% is allocated to the Social Club to fund community activities, including grants, initiatives, and events.

Members have voting rights in the annual assembly and help guide the future of the SPOZZ platform and community. The use of the club's share is defined by its statutes and decided democratically by its members.

The remaining 50% of profits is distributed to the shareholders of the SPOZZ operating company, the entity responsible for building, financing, and managing the platform.

SPOZZ memberships are issued as unique digital badges minted directly on the platform. Each badge represents your membership and can be freely transferred or sold, with all rights moving to the new owner.

Memberships are released in limited batches, with a maximum of 10,000 members. The price increases with each new badge, rewarding early supporters. Owning a membership gives you real influence, partial ownership in the SPOZZ Social Club, access to exclusive benefits, and a stake in the future of the SPOZZ ecosystem.
